DMCA / Takedown Policy

How to request removal of content, and how we handle copyright and attribution.

Last updated: 2026-06-15

Overview

Our gallery is a curated showcase of AI-generated work. Items are collected to inspire and are presented with attribution to the original author (handle and a link back to the source whenever available). We do not claim ownership of third-party works and we do not add our own watermark to them.

If you are a rights holder and want your work removed, we will act promptly on a valid request.

How to request a takedown

Send a notice that includes all of the following:

  1. Identification of the work and the exact URL(s) on our site where it appears.
  2. Your contact information (name, email, and your role / relationship to the work).
  3. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.
  4. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send it to: legal@genvizu.com (placeholder — set your real contact), or, if you have an account, via Settings → Contact us.

What happens next

On a valid notice we will hide the item from the public gallery (and from search and detail pages) promptly while we review, and remove it where appropriate. Because we keep attribution metadata, we can also correct or strengthen the credit/link instead of removal if that resolves your concern.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to the same channel with an explanation and your contact information, and we will review.

Repeat infringers

We may remove content and restrict accounts associated with repeated, valid infringement reports.
