Transform this image into a Japanese gag manga style illustration. Use a high-contrast black-and-white color palette with bold linework and screentone (halftone) shading. Characters should have exaggerated facial expressions, cartoonish proportions (big head, small body), and comedic intensity. Include dynamic action lines or radiating background effects. The overall aesthetic should mimic retro manga from the 80s and 90s with humorous and intense emotion.
