Workflow Publishing Agreement
The licence, takedown, and liability terms between you and the platform when you publish a canvas workflow to the community.
Last updated: 2026-08-07
Scope
This agreement applies to each submission of a canvas workflow to the community — it takes effect when you submit the publish dialog with the agreement checkbox ticked. Every publication requires a fresh confirmation of these terms.
Terms
- Licence grant: By publishing this workflow (including its node structure, prompt text, parameter configuration, and the cover and sample output images you select — together, the "Published Content") to the community, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, cache, and distribute the Published Content, and to allow other users to browse it and to instantiate it for their own reuse.
- Sample outputs: Your output images are distributed with the workflow as "samples" to users who instantiate it, in order to show the expected result of each step; once an instantiating user runs a step, the sample is replaced by that user's own output.
- Irrevocability and takedown: (a) copies already instantiated by other users are independent of your original project and of the Published Content, and are permanently irrevocable; (b) once the workflow has passed review and become public, you may not take it down yourself — for takedown requests (including copyright / DMCA requests), please contact us through the platform support channel and we will handle the request within a reasonable period; (c) before review is complete, you may cancel the review at any time.
- Content warranties: You confirm that the Published Content is your original work or is otherwise properly licensed to you; that it contains no material infringing any third party's copyright, trademark, likeness, or privacy rights; and that it complies with applicable laws, regulations, and the community guidelines.
- Platform rights: The platform may remove or adjust the presentation of any published content for compliance, quality, or operational reasons, without obtaining your prior consent.
- Updates: Updating a published workflow requires resubmission for review; the content is temporarily unlisted while under review.
- Liability: You are solely responsible for any third-party claims or disputes arising from the Published Content; the platform will cooperate as required by law.
