Create a highly detailed colored-pencil illustration inspired by the reference artwork. Replace the original girl with the uploaded blonde girl while preserving her facial features, soft freckles, thick brows, brown eyes, beauty mark, and messy high ponytail. Dress her in the exact red-and-white polka dot dress from the reference, add oversized cherry earrings with gold studs, and a large vintage red bow on her head. Use glossy deep red lips, rosy blush, delicate freckles, and soft painterly shading. Keep the same pose, composition, beige textured paper background, vintage film-frame border, warm retro aesthetic, and hand-drawn colored-pencil texture. Add the word "Noor " subtly and aesthetically in elegant handwritten script in the background, blending naturally with tiny floral elements and sparkles without distracting from the portrait. Ultra-detailed, whimsical, vintage, elegant, masterpiece quality.
