AI 自拍提示语与头像范例

自拍类提示语要的是「一眼看出是自己拍的」:人离镜头很近,手臂伸出去的角度或者对着镜子,光来自房间而不是影棚灯。本页收的提示语都来自 Genvizu 上已发布的作品,每一条都真出过图。挑一条,把人脸参考图、造型和房间换成你的,再跑一次就行。

适合的任务

头像画幅。1:1 最稳妥,因为多数平台会把头像裁成圆形;Nano Banana 2 还提供 4:5 与 9:16,GPT Image 2.5 有 9:16 但没有 4:5。
把你手上的照片改成造型照:把它挂成参考图(Nano Banana 2 单次最多 14 张,GPT Image 2.5 图生图通道最多 16 张),再写清哪些特征必须保留。
一图多表情:2×2 表情格要当作「一张图」来描述,因为单次生成只返 1 张。
风格化头像:绘画、插画、胶片颗粒这类处理,本来就不以「像不像本人」为验收标准。
手机随手拍的观感——它来自你写出来的瑕疵(可见毛孔、几缕碎发、不均匀的窗光),而不是来自「realistic」这个词。

不适合的任务

护照、签证、证件照。这类照片由签发机构规定格式,且必须是本人的真实拍摄照片。
锁死某张真实的脸。参考图只能引导相貌,不会逐个五官复刻;上游请求里没有 seed 字段,同一条提示语两次结果也会漂移。
未经他人同意使用他人照片。把可识别的人物挂成参考图,需要你拥有相应权利或本人同意,与提示语怎么写无关。
团队页、媒体资料用的正式形象照——可控布光加规整构图属于人像分类。
